Joe Lanasa, President
As a second generation builder Joe started his career 25 years ago as a residential laborer, then union carpenter, job site superintendent, and finally director of operations. His early experience contributed to a wealth of knowledge, gaining a thorough understanding of the building industry and the process that leads to a successful end project. As President of Integrity Design & Build Joe participates in project design and specifications. He is responsible for project development and construction management, including negotiating subcontractor bids, establishing project budgets, scheduling construction activities, and supervising projects through completion. His business philosophy is simple. "I put my signature on every project, striving to live up to our reputation for impeccable workmanship and unwavering attention to detail, always keeping honesty, integrity, and open communication first in every aspect of our business."

With her exceptional eye for design, Lisa Lanasa will assist clients with decisions and selections throughout the entire process such that the finished product truly meets the client’s desires. Lisa's personal commitment and positive energy that she brings to the building process promotes open communication, creativity and camaraderie resulting in lasting relationships with her clients.
